Finance Business Partner – CEE Zone

About the role

As a Finance Business Partner for the CEE zone, you will support profitable growth and new business models across 19 countries. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will work closely with sales, supply chain and accounting teams to drive performance and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial support and proactive advice to management to achieve business goals.
• Shape P&L, financial KPIs and cost management, and oversee forecasting for multiple districts.
• Monitor key metrics, identify trends and work with senior sales leaders on corrective actions.
• Lead initiatives to improve financial processes, systems and tools, and participate in weekly performance reviews.
• Manage credit limits, support cash collectors, close month‑end books and act as the single point of contact for district leaders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience in business partnering, corporate finance or FP&A within a multinational.
• Strong analytical, accounting and internal‑control knowledge with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, fluent in Polish and English (C1).
