Customer Operations Associate (Order-to-Invoice) – French

About the role

Alcon is looking for a Customer Operations Associate to manage order‑to‑invoice processes and support French‑speaking customers. You will act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate order entry, invoicing, and resolution of issues.

Key responsibilities

• Handle standard and high‑value customer orders, ensuring compliance with contracts and pricing.
• Coordinate with production and distribution teams to resolve order‑related matters.
• Enter orders accurately and generate timely invoices.
• Manage complex return cases, including high‑value credits and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze and resolve customer issues, acting as escalation point for billing, delivery, and return disputes.
• Proactively address customer complaints to maintain loyalty.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Customer Operations, Order‑to‑Cash, or Order Management.
• Proficient in English and French.
• Experience in a corporate shared‑service or GBS environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Advanced Excel skills.
