PtP Specialist

About the role

As a PtP Specialist you will ensure accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments for the Polish entity, supporting the full Procure-to-Pay cycle. You will work closely with local finance teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain high‑quality financial data and compliance with Polish tax and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase‑order and non‑purchase‑order invoices, perform three‑way matching and invoice coding.
• Post approved invoices, handle bank statement postings and customs‑related documentation.
• Resolve queries with local finance representatives, suppliers and internal partners.
• Prepare and execute supplier payments according to the payment calendar and support month‑end closing activities.
• Prepare monthly reports, monitor outstanding items and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Approximately 2 years of experience supporting a Polish entity and around 4 years of overall Accounts Payable experience.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage changing priorities and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Practical knowledge of Accounts Payable and Procure‑to‑Pay processes.
• Understanding of Polish tax and legal requirements, including VAT regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Medius and Movex/M3 (nice to have).
