Email & CRM Marketing Specialist

About the role

BlackBox Strategies is looking for a senior, execution‑first Email & CRM Marketing Specialist to own outbound and lifecycle messaging for both B2B and B2C audiences. You will work remotely, collaborating closely with leadership and the Social Media Manager to translate strategy into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain outbound lists and enrichment workflows using ClayLaunch.
• Manage, optimize, and monitor cold email campaigns in Instantly, ensuring inbox health and deliverability.
• Sync replies and lifecycle stages into HubSpot and continuously test messaging by segment, persona, and intent.
• Create segmented audiences and execute nurture, re‑engagement, abandoned inquiry, and expansion campaigns using HubSpot Marketing Hub or Mailchimp.
• Maintain compliance, suppression logic, and list hygiene.
• Support compliant SMS use cases (e.g., follow‑ups, reminders) and coordinate timing with email and social campaigns, preferably using Twilio.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to align themes, CTAs, and timing, and share outbound insights to inform broader content strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in outbound, lifecycle marketing, or RevOps‑adjacent roles.
• Proven track record executing email and CRM campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Strong understanding of deliverability, segmentation, and channel trade‑offs.
• Clear written communicator with a bias toward execution.
• Comfortable operating with high‑level direction in a fast‑moving environment.
