Marketing Communications Manager – Poland & CEE

About the role

Join Customs Support Group as the Marketing Communications Manager for Poland and the wider CEE region, driving brand awareness, lead generation and sales enablement across a fast‑moving B2B environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of marketing communications activities for Poland and contribute to initiatives across the CEE region.
• Translate global strategies into high‑impact local campaigns and partner with Sales to generate leads.
• Develop and execute integrated campaigns across digital, content, PR, events and employer branding.
• Create sales enablement materials, manage website content and improve SEO visibility.
• Coordinate internal communications, PR activities and marketing events, ensuring consistent brand messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional marketing experience, preferably in a B2B setting.
• Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with digital marketing and lead‑generation campaigns.
• Proficiency in marketing automation, analytics, CRM and other digital marketing tools.
• Content creation, SEO, email and social media marketing expertise.
