Marketing Communication Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Local Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team in Poland. This role focuses on local marketing execution, event coordination, content localization, and supporting the commercial team with day‑to‑day marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate local trade shows, suppliers, logistics, branding, and event‑related marketing support.
• Adapt, translate, review, and localize global marketing content for the Polish market.
• Manage local marketing assets and coordinate production of brochures, presentations, sell sheets, and printed materials with local suppliers.
• Support sales and business development activities with localized presentations and timely execution of requests.
• Localize global marketing content and assist the Online Marketing Specialist to ensure relevance for the Polish market.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, coordination, or related roles.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Hands‑on and proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Experience supporting events, exhibitions, or local marketing activities.
• Understanding of the Polish market and local business culture.
