Senior User Acquisition Manager (Web)

Flo Health is the world’s #1 health & fitness app, building the next generation of AI‑powered, privacy‑first digital health solutions. As a Senior User Acquisition Manager (Web) you will own the strategy, execution and scaling of web‑based acquisition campaigns across major paid media platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and scale web user acquisition campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Own end‑to‑end strategy, KPIs and budget allocation to maximize ROAS.
• Monitor and optimise account structures, bidding models and audience segmentation.
• Lead high‑volume creative testing frameworks and replicate winning assets at scale.
• Use AI tools and automation to streamline reporting, creative analysis and campaign optimisation.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative, MarTech and growth teams to align on assets and technical requirements.
• Analyse LTV, monetisation and web funnels, surfacing insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of performance marketing experience in user acquisition, preferably in high‑growth environments.
• Proven track record managing large monthly budgets and optimising for ROAS, CPA and LTV.
• Strong communication and project‑management skills, able to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and building solutions independently.
• Upper‑intermediate or advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau or PowerBI.
• SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience using AI tools to automate reporting, creative analysis and campaign optimisation.
• Knowledge of web attribution principles and tracking platforms.
