Marketing Intern – Male Grooming Portfolio

About the role

Join Philips' marketing team for the Male Grooming portfolio within Personal Health. As a Marketing Intern you will support the Marketing Manager in developing communication and product strategies, and take ownership of autonomous projects to ensure flawless execution of marketing activations.

Key responsibilities

• Support content creation and localisation of digital assets and product richcards for launches, promotions and campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and competitive insights.
• Assist in planning, executing and monitoring marketing events and customer meetings.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Sales, Digital teams and external agencies to provide daily category support.
• Track performance of initiatives, prepare reports and PowerPoint presentations.
• Handle operational tasks such as purchase orders and other marketing activities.

Required profile

• Student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, available at least 30 hours per week.
• Fluent in English and Polish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to deliver inputs on time.
• Some prior experience in marketing is a plus.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office.
