Regional Marketing Intern – CEE Mother & Child Care

About the role

The Regional Marketing Intern will support the CEE Mother & Child Care business unit, providing analytical, tactical and coordination assistance across the region.

Key responsibilities

• General support of the Region Business Unit Leader.
• Analytical support including Excel data pulling, performance updates and ad‑hoc reporting.
• Tactical brand management – liaising with global and local marketing managers, assisting assortment and pricing decisions.
• Coordination of new product launches and product lifecycle administration across regional and global teams.
• Management of CEE price list, portfolio optimisation and sales forecast alignment with demand planners.
• Ownership of regional dashboards for product rating and reviews.
• Lead assigned projects on a regional or local level, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme, able to work at least 30 hours per week.
• Fluent in English and Polish, with strong written and verbal communication.
• First professional experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Excellent organisational, multitasking and time‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong communication skills.
• Proactive, fast‑learning team player open to feedback.

• Advanced Excel.
• Microsoft Office suite.
