About the role

The Specialist for Modernisation of Lifting Equipment will actively build relationships with customers and drive sales of modernisation services for lifting devices. The role involves identifying client needs, preparing commercial offers and supporting customers throughout the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships to increase sales of equipment modernisation services.
• Identify customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare commercial offers and provide support at every sales stage.
• Verify technical information related to modernised equipment.
• Collaborate with service teams to uncover new sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, sales support or technical‑commercial consulting.
• Ability to build relationships and conduct client discussions.
• Technical education (electrical, mechanical, mechatronic or related fields preferred).
• Self‑organisation, independence and goal‑orientation.
• Category B driving licence.
• Knowledge of the lifting‑equipment industry and experience in service, installation or maintenance is a plus.
• UDT and SEP authorisations up to 1 kV.

• UDT certification.
• SEP certification up to 1 kV.
• Category B driving licence.
