Head of Enterprise Sales (Remote)

About the role

Lead and scale the Enterprise Sales motion for Oxylabs, a global provider of web data gathering solutions. You will own the long‑term strategy, day‑to‑day operations, and revenue growth for the enterprise segment.

Key responsibilities

• Scale the Enterprise Sales motion in the market and internally, driving disciplined growth through rigorous forecasting and pipeline inspection.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of consultative, solution‑based Enterprise sales professionals.
• Own long‑term strategy, day‑to‑day operations, and be accountable for increasing revenue and accurate forecasting.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience leading enterprise sales teams in SaaS or IaaS environments.
• Proven track record selling to enterprise customers with long sales cycles and multiple buyer groups.
• Builder’s mindset: attract top talent, develop high performers, and create repeatable success.

Required skills

• Experience creating sales playbooks focused on goal attainment and scaling.
