Senior Manager – Risk & Regulatory

About the role

Capco Poland is looking for a Poland-based Senior Manager for its Risk & Regulatory practice, a hybrid role advising financial institutions on complex regulatory, risk and supervisory matters. You will help clients turn regulatory requirements into practical, sustainable change, working with senior stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance and business functions, including engagements with the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF).

Key responsibilities

• Advise banks and other financial institutions on regulatory and risk matters, turning requirements into practical business actions.
• Support clients in preparing for and responding to regulatory engagements, supervisory reviews, inspections and remediation programs.
• Lead regulatory assessments and remediation engagements, defining target-state solutions and roadmaps.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and support decision-making on complex regulatory topics.
• Lead client engagements and grow the Risk & Regulatory offering through proposition development and new advisory opportunities.

Required profile

• Significant experience in risk, regulatory or compliance advisory within financial services, in consulting, banking or a regulatory environment.
• Strong knowledge of the Polish and European financial services regulatory environment.
• Experience supporting regulatory interactions, supervisory reviews and remediation, ideally with KNF.
• Experience leading consulting engagements or complex regulatory initiatives, including managing teams and stakeholders.
• Direct experience with KNF or other European financial services regulators.
• Bonus points: previous consulting with Tier 1 banks and experience developing regulatory propositions.

Required skills

• Knowledge of banking regulation, risk management, governance, compliance and regulatory remediation.
• Ability to explain complex regulatory matters clearly to senior management.

The process involves an HR interview, a technical interview with the Capco Engineering team, a client interview, followed by feedback and an offer. The role is hybrid.
