Programme Management Consultant (Banking & Payments)

About the role

Capco Poland, a global technology and management consultancy focused on digital transformation in financial services, is looking for a Poland-based Programme Management Consultant. The role is hybrid and requires working from the office in Warsaw. You will support the planning, coordination and delivery of complex programmes in Banking & Payments, working closely with Programme and Stream Leads.

Key responsibilities

• Support Programme and Stream Leads in planning and coordinating programme activities.
• Help define and manage schedules, dependencies and key milestones.
• Identify and communicate cross-stream blockers, risks and dependencies.
• Take part in status reviews, governance committees and working sessions, preparing decision-making materials for Programme Sponsors, Steering Committees and senior management.
• Recommend improvements to programme organisation and delivery methodologies while keeping multiple teams aligned.

Required profile

• Experience supporting programme or project delivery in a complex, multi-workstream environment within banking, payments or financial services.
• Exposure to large-scale transformation or change programmes.
• Experience working with Programme Sponsors, Steering Committees or senior management.
• Fluency in Polish and English.

Required skills

• Understanding of programme planning, governance, schedules, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Familiarity with different programme and project delivery methodologies.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including preparing materials for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative, structured approach and ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders.
