About the role

ABC Hosting Ltd., a leading web hosting provider in Poland, is expanding its services to other countries and has added a new cryptocurrency project. It is hiring a full-time remote Customer Support Service Representative with a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

Help clients solve website issues and give information about the services offered (text mode only).
Block websites that violate hosting rules.
Act as a bridge between clients and programmers/sysadmins.

Required profile

Intermediate-to-advanced English (B1-B2).
Fluent Portuguese or French; Polish is a plus.
Basic understanding of hosting structure.
Any experience in programming or site maintenance (not limiting).
Self-reliant, as the job is remote.
