Customer Service Advisor (Healthcare) – Spanish, Portuguese, English

About the role

Cross Border Talents is looking for a Customer Service Advisor in healthcare in Szczecin, Poland. The role combines a medical background with fluency in Spanish, Portuguese and English, acting as the first point of contact for customers and helping them understand pharmaceutical products and their healthcare needs.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, answering incoming requests about pharmaceutical products by telephone, mail and chat.
• Advise on health matters and solve emerging issues, bridging the gap between customers and the client.
• Foster lasting customer relationships and build trust.
• Solve problems and protect the client's reputation.
• Give strategic recommendations and provide exceptional customer service.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in medical studies such as pharmacy, biotechnology, chemistry, biology or science.
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
• Self-motivated, able to multitask and eager to improve knowledge in a medical setting.
