Customer Service Advisor (Healthcare) – Spanish, Catalan, English

About the role

A full-time Customer Service Advisor is sought in Szczecin to deliver service to clients in the healthcare field, acting as the first point of contact and bridging the gap between customer needs and solutions. The role suits someone with a medical background who speaks Spanish, Catalan and English.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, answering incoming requests about pharmaceutical products by telephone, mail and chat.
• Advise on health matters and solve emerging issues, supporting the client's good name and image.
• Foster lasting customer relationships and build trust.
• Provide strategic recommendations and exceptional customer service.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in medical studies such as pharmacy, biotechnology, chemistry, biology or science, or a similar field.
• Fluency in Spanish, Catalan and English.
• Effective organisation and time management, self-motivated and able to multitask.
• Interest in continuing to improve knowledge in a medical working environment.
