Dutch Travel Customer Support Agent

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Dutch-speaking travel customer support agent in Katowice, Poland, working for the large, well-known Trip.com group. The role covers answering customer questions by phone, chat and e-mail and helping them with their bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customers by phone, chat and e-mail (outbound and inbound)
• Support customers with travel difficulties
• Change reservations in time and destination, and update personal data
• Advise partners on flights, products, prices, fares, rules and online services
• Handle cancellations and refunds

Required profile

• Dutch C1 and English B2, spoken and written
• Previous customer service experience; experience with digital service platforms and CRM tools is an advantage
• Positive attitude and enjoyment of communicating with customers and colleagues

Required skills

• Excellent technical skills: MS Office, web browsers and general computer skills
