Procurement Specialist with French

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Procurement Specialist based in Warsaw who uses their French language skills to support business teams with purchase orders, supplier coordination, invoice review and procurement queries. The role acts as a key intermediary between internal stakeholders, suppliers and support teams, ensuring procurement is accurate, efficient and in line with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze price proposals, financial reports and market data in French to help set reasonable prices
• Screen and research vendors and suppliers against standards of price, quality, timing and reliability
• Procure goods and services at the right time and quantity, maintaining internal catalogs for frequently bought items
• Take part in procurement negotiations and build effective supplier relationships
• Track vendors and payments, and help colleagues and suppliers resolve procurement issues

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Good French communication skills (B2 level)
• Ability to summarize information clearly and follow documented procedures and purchasing guidelines
• Collaborative attitude with internal stakeholders, suppliers and support teams

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Nice to have: knowledge of accounting concepts such as cost classification and recording, additional languages, and knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
