Senior PMO Analyst (Transformation Governance & Reporting)

About the role

Aviva is hiring a Senior PMO Analyst (Transformation Governance & Reporting) for its Services Excellence Centre in Warsaw. The role strengthens Aviva's One Aviva Transformation capability by supporting evidence-based decision making through governance, reporting and continuous improvement, working with data, technology and stakeholders across Group, Markets and Functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the Transforming Transformation roadmap and wider One Aviva transformation activities.
• Maintain transformation data and portfolio tooling (including Planview) so there is a single source of truth across Group, Markets and Functions.
• Develop and improve dashboards, reporting and management information for transformation leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Prepare governance packs and reports for senior governance forums, including the One Aviva Transformation Committee.
• Provide insight and challenge on planning, risk, reporting and change methodologies.
• Ensure consistent application of the Aviva Change Framework (ACF) and Change Management Business Standard (CMBS).
• Support risk management, identify trends and highlight areas needing attention or intervention.
• Develop and implement automation solutions, including AI-enabled tools, to improve reporting quality and efficiency.
• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and contribute to continuous improvement of transformation processes and governance standards.

Required profile

• Approx. 2-5 years of experience in change management, transformation, PMO, portfolio management, governance or data analytics roles.
• Ability to interpret large volumes of data and turn findings into clear insights and recommendations.
• Experience producing governance materials, management information and reports for senior stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage and influence at different levels.
• Proactive, self-starting, able to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
• Interest in emerging technologies such as AI, and familiarity with agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Experience in financial services or a regulated industry is beneficial but not essential.

Required skills

• Dashboards and reporting with Power BI, Tableau or similar.
• Portfolio management and governance tools such as Planview, PPM systems, Jira or similar.
• Risk, dependency, change, financial management, outcomes, plan delivery, governance and assurance practices.
