Customer Service Advisor (Healthcare) – French & English

About the role

Cross Border Talents is looking for a Customer Service Advisor in healthcare in Szczecin, Poland. The role acts as the first point of contact for customers, answering requests about pharmaceutical products and helping them find solutions that match their healthcare needs. The position is full-time, day shifts from 8:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday, with every second Saturday off.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, answering incoming requests about pharmaceutical products by telephone, mail and chat.
• Advise on health matters and help customers understand their options.
• Solve emerging issues and maintain the client's good reputation.
• Build lasting, trusting relationships with customers and give strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in medicine, pharmacy, biotechnology or a related science field.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Self-motivated, able to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Interest in continuing to learn within a medical working environment.
