Customer Service Advisor (Healthcare) – German & English

About the role

A full-time Customer Service Advisor is sought in Szczecin to deliver service to clients in the healthcare field, acting as the first point of contact and bridging the gap between customer needs and solutions. The role suits someone with a medical background who speaks German and English.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, answering incoming requests about pharmaceutical products by telephone, mail and chat.
• Provide health advice and solve emerging issues, supporting the client's good name and image.
• Foster lasting customer relationships and build trust.
• Offer strategic recommendations and provide exceptional customer service.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in medical studies such as pharmacy, biotechnology, chemistry, biology or science, or a similar field.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Self-motivated, able to multitask and eager to improve knowledge in a medical working environment.

Required skills

• Effective organisation and time management.
• Strong communication skills.
