Director of Product, Workflows

About the role

CreatorIQ is looking for a Director of Product to own and redesign its workflow core for creator marketing programs. You will lead the transformation of manual, hand‑off processes into AI‑driven, seamless operations that scale without adding headcount.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end workflow product, unifying discovery, lists, community, campaigns and messaging into a single experience.
• Lead, coach and grow a team of product managers, setting standards for discovery, judgment and autonomous decision‑making.
• Define what to rebuild with AI, simplify, or retire, ensuring the right balance of automation and human‑in‑the‑loop review.
• Partner with engineering and design leadership on architecture, data models, schema, bulk operations and permissions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of product experience, including at least 2 years managing product managers.
• Proven track record owning workflow‑heavy B2B SaaS products and rebuilding manual processes with AI.
• Hands‑on builder mindset; prototypes solutions and expects the same from the team.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable with async documentation and clear stakeholder alignment.

Required skills

• AI tooling and agentic workflow design.
• Data modeling, API design, schemas, CRUDL, bulk operations, permissions.
• Integration of third‑party services within enterprise platforms.
