About the role
Lead the technical side of sales and engineering for a fast‑moving AI‑focused startup, shaping product localisation for Poland and Ukraine.
Key responsibilities
- Join early‑stage sales conversations, present demos and guide architecture and security discussions.
- Act as hands‑on engineering lead: ship code, build integrations and set high‑quality standards.
- Build and lead a high‑performing technical team across engineering, integration and pre‑sales.
- Drive customer integrations from scoping to deployment and ensure production accuracy.
Required profile
- 7–8+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience with shipped products.
- Proven track record in pre‑sales, solution architecture or complex technical implementations.
- Customer‑facing experience as Field CTO, Solutions Architect or Deployed Engineer.
- Strong leadership DNA, ideally at Director, VP or Founder level.
- Excellent English and fluency in at least one local language.
