About the role
The Manager – Service Delivery, JD Edwards ERP will lead ERP application support and service delivery across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EEMEA) region, ensuring stable operations and continuous improvement for manufacturing, supply chain, and finance functions.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end service delivery for JD Edwards ERP across EEMEA, driving SLA performance, system availability, incident management and service improvements.
- Partner with business leaders to align IT services with operational needs and manage third‑party vendors to ensure delivery excellence.
- Lead problem management, root‑cause analysis and support ERP upgrades, enhancements, integrations and digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop and lead internal and external support teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field.
- 8+ years of enterprise application support experience and 5+ years of service delivery or support management experience.
- Strong JD Edwards EnterpriseOne expertise and solid understanding of ITIL processes.
- Experience managing global stakeholders and outsourced service providers; fluent English.
