IAM Governance Analyst

About the role

The IAM Governance Analyst supports User Access Review campaigns, audit and compliance activities, and identifies gaps in access controls. This role sits at the intersection of audit, compliance, and IAM operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, configure, launch, and manage User Access Review campaigns end‑to‑end using Saviynt or equivalent IGA platforms.
• Maintain audit‑ready records, validate certification results, and execute remediation actions.
• Support audit and compliance requirements, collect evidence, and respond to audit inquiries.
• Perform access control gap analysis, document findings, and work with cross‑functional teams to remediate gaps.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in GRC, internal audit, IT compliance, or identity and access management.
• Hands‑on experience executing User Access Review campaigns with an IGA platform such as Saviynt, SailPoint, or similar.
• Experience supporting audit and compliance activities, including evidence gathering and control testing.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like NIST, ISO, SOX, SOC2, or Privacy.
