Product Manager, Safety & Compliance

About the role

CreatorIQ is looking for a Product Manager to own SafeIQ, its brand‑safety system that uses multimodal AI to classify audio, video, images and text. You will turn complex regulatory and classification challenges into trusted workflows for risk, legal and compliance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end in‑app brand‑safety review and workflow, shortening the path from AI flag to human decision.
• Define AI classification severity, categories, thresholds and false‑positive handling in partnership with data science.
• Manage compliance for sponsorship disclosure, music licensing, legal drinking age rules and GDPR/CCPA requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering on API contracts, webhook payloads and data models for customer integrations.
• Work with GTM on positioning, packaging and enablement to align product capabilities with regulatory demands.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product management or technical product ownership in B2B SaaS.
• Ability to translate dense regulatory requirements into clear, actionable workflows.
• Critical, independent thinker who questions assumptions and model outputs.
• Comfortable working with distributed, asynchronous teams across NA, EU and APAC.

Required skills

• Understanding of AI classification pipelines (inference, confidence thresholds, false positives/negatives, human review).
• Experience with API contracts and webhook design.
• Familiarity with multimodal AI content classification.
