Customer Support Representative

About the role

Controlant, a cold-chain-as-a-service company, is hiring a Customer Support Representative in Wroclaw. The role covers basic troubleshooting, ticket handling and customer guidance within the company's interface, following established procedures and KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Basic troubleshooting of login, interface, device, connectivity and report problems
• Ticket handling: assigning, reassigning, following up, prioritising and documenting tickets according to KPIs
• Assisting customers with administrative actions in the interface, performing them and guiding customers
• Escalating and forwarding issues to second-level support or other teams according to procedure
• Managing ticketing boards
• Ensuring quality standards are met and issues are resolved quickly
• Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Required profile

• Customer service experience
• Technical and analytical mindset, attention to detail
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Located in Wroclaw or nearby
• Good time management, reliable, team player, willingness to learn

Required skills

• Previous experience with Atlassian software or another CRM system is preferred but not essential
