Travel & Expenses Trainee with French - Early Careers Program

About the role

This trainee position supports Alcon’s Travel & Expenses (T&E) team in Poland. You will work closely with the team and manager to handle daily queries, ensure timely corporate card payments, and assist employees with expense reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily T&E queries via the ticketing tool, prioritising critical tickets.
• Contact employees with overdue corporate card payments.
• Support the T&E team in communications with country offices, including required translations.
• Train and educate employees on using the Concur expense system.
• Maintain and update local procedures, work instructions, and self‑service decks.

Required profile

• Current student status, available 20‑30 hours per week.
• Very good English and communicative French (minimum B2 level).
• Positive attitude, detail‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced project environment.

Required skills

• Experience with the Concur expense management system.
