Travel & Expenses Trainee (German) – Early Careers Program

About the role
This 10‑month trainee position supports Alcon's Travel & Expenses (T&E) team in Poland. You will handle daily queries, assist employees with expense reporting, and act as a bridge between the team and the wider organization, especially for German‑language communications.
Key responsibilities
- Process daily T&E tickets, prioritising critical and high‑impact issues.
- Contact employees with overdue corporate‑card payments.
- Provide translation support for country‑wide communications.
- Train and educate staff on using the Concur expense system.
- Maintain and update local procedures, work instructions and T&E decks for self‑service.
Required profile
- Current student status.
- Very good English and communicative German (minimum B2).
- Availability of 20‑30 hours per week.
- Positive attitude, detail‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced project environment.
Required skills
- Experience with Concur expense system.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools for internal support.
