About the role
The Senior Manager, FP&A Supply Chain Corporate will lead financial planning and analysis for Coca‑Cola’s supply chain across the EMEA region. You will partner with procurement, plant finance and cost accounting teams to deliver accurate cost insights, drive automation and support strategic decisions for one of the world’s most iconic brands.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of four associates and coordinate with Genpact on cost processes.
- Produce annual standard cost rates for concentrate, packaging and overhead in line with regional guidelines.
- Lead SAP costing cycles, upload master data and validate results across integrated financial platforms.
- Provide monthly performance reviews, purchase‑price variance analysis and risk assessments for profit reviews.
- Partner with supply‑chain cost accounting on new product launches and reformulations.
- Oversee third‑party service providers, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
- Develop forecasting models for key cost drivers and support procurement decisions.
- Drive implementation of global reporting standards, automation and S/4HANA transformation projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis or supply‑chain finance.
- Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong operational experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable supply‑chain insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with cross‑cultural collaboration experience.
