About the role

The Senior Global Talent Sourcer will own end‑to‑end sourcing strategy for complex, hard‑to‑fill roles across global markets, developing multi‑channel approaches and leveraging AI tools to surface hidden talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end sourcing strategy for complex, hard‑to‑fill roles across global markets.
• Develop and iterate multi‑channel sourcing approaches, including Boolean search, talent mapping, community sourcing, and referral networks.
• Leverage AI‑powered sourcing tools and modern technology to surface hidden talent and work faster.
• Build market intelligence and talent maps to inform hiring strategies before a search begins.
• Partner closely with recruiting leads to shape the search brief, not just execute it.
• Maintain clean, structured pipeline data and translate it into sourcing insights.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on sourcing experience (not coordination or HR operations).
• Analytically minded, making decisions based on data, patterns, and market signals.
• Creative approach, avoiding reliance on the same tactics for every search.
• Familiar with AI‑powered sourcing tools and curious about emerging technologies.
• Comfortable navigating international talent markets and ambiguous role profiles.
