Head of HR

About the role

We're looking for a Head of HR to lead our people function through an exciting phase of growth. As part of a 100‑plus employee team expanding rapidly, you will own the full people strategy—from scaling talent acquisition to shaping a culture where top performers thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute hiring strategies to support aggressive headcount growth across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Build and lead a high‑performing recruitment function, including sourcing, employer branding, and structured interview processes.
• Partner with department heads on workforce planning, org design, and headcount budgeting.
• Develop competitive compensation and benefits frameworks tailored to the crypto and tech market.
• Own and evolve company culture, ensuring values are lived daily and designing onboarding experiences.
• Create career development frameworks, leveling systems, and internal mobility pathways.
• Lead engagement and retention initiatives such as pulse surveys, feedback loops, and action plans.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team and communicate strategic people messages across the organization.
• Manage and mentor the HR/People team, oversee performance management cycles, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
• Own HR systems, analytics, and reporting to bring data to every people decision.

Required profile

• 8+ years of progressive HR/People experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record scaling teams beyond the 100‑employee mark in a high‑growth environment.
• Deep expertise in talent acquisition strategy and building recruitment functions from scratch.
• Demonstrated success improving retention and engagement with measurable outcomes.
• Strong command of compensation design, performance management, and organizational development.
• Builder’s mindset – comfortable creating structure where none exists and rolling up sleeves.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills up to board level.
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to Poland or the UAE.
