Talent Acquisition Specialist – Eastern Europe & Mediterranean (Maternity Cover)

About the role

We are looking for a new team member to join our international Talent Acquisition team, supporting the Eastern Europe and Mediterranean region, with primary focus on Poland (and supporting Ukraine). Depending on business need, the role may also support other countries within the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities for a wide range of roles, from blue‑collar to director‑level positions.
• Handle the full end‑to‑end recruitment process, selecting appropriate tools and strategies.
• Support and develop employer branding initiatives within the region.
• Work closely with hiring managers to ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
• Build talent pools for business‑critical positions.
• Utilize external recruitment tools such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social media platforms to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with schools and universities, organizing internship and trainee programs.
• Participate in talent acquisition projects aimed at improving recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Experience independently managing recruitment processes across various organizational levels, both white‑ and blue‑collar.
• Fluent in Polish and English; Ukrainian is an advantage.
• Experience in the technical industry.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills.
• Proactive, self‑driven, and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and customer‑focused attitude.
