Outreach Officer – Community Recruitment

About the role

The Outreach Officer will lead participant recruitment and outreach for the “Razem na Rynku Pracy” (RMW) project, a Labor Fund‑financed initiative supporting foreign nationals in Poland. The role focuses on multi‑channel sourcing, registration, and smooth hand‑over to the Individual Action Plan process to achieve the target of 1,500 participants.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver outreach across online registration, field activities, information sessions, local events, workshops and community activities.
• Represent the project at community events, job fairs and information sessions to raise awareness among eligible participants.
• Coordinate with partners to ensure complementary outreach channels and avoid duplication.
• Handle inbound enquiries, screen candidates against eligibility criteria and register participants using the common registration form.
• Capture professional situation, Polish language level, residency status and employment barriers while respecting privacy.
• Refer registered participants to the diagnosis and Individual Action Plan (IPD) process and support the shared referral system.
• Maintain accurate participant records in KOBO and CommCare and track recruitment progress toward the 1,500‑participant goal.

Required profile

• Experience in community outreach, recruitment or similar field work.
• Ability to manage inbound enquiries and conduct eligibility screening.
• Familiarity with data collection and management tools such as KOBO and CommCare.
• Strong communication skills and respect for participant privacy.
