Payroll Analyst

About the role

Join Arrow's payroll team supporting payroll processes for 34 countries across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This position is ideal for an experienced payroll professional who can navigate complex payroll operations, drive improvements, and act as a trusted subject‑matter expert.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing with external partners, following standard procedures and checklists.
• Collect, check, reconcile and provide payroll input data to the external vendor to ensure accuracy.
• Validate payroll output data, including payment and booking files, and deliver them to Finance on time.
• Administer time tracking and absence management, and prepare reports for Payroll, Audit, HR and Finance.
• Resolve employee queries or coordinate solutions with the payroll vendor.
• Collaborate with various departments and participate in payroll‑related projects when available.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of payroll experience, preferably in a multinational corporate environment.
• Solid understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Highly organized, conscientious and able to work under time pressure.
• Ability to handle confidential data responsibly.
