Order Management Intern (all genders)

About the role

As an Order Management Intern you will support the order processing team by using SAP and other tools to manage the full order lifecycle. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and provide excellent customer service while gaining hands‑on experience in a global health‑technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage orders using SAP and supporting tools.
• Handle end‑to‑end order processes including intake, changes, and delivery order creation.
• Maintain communication with Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning and other departments.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Report, monitor and control the order book in compliance with ICS/SOx standards.

Required profile

• Student of Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field.
• Proficient English (B2 level or higher) for stakeholder communication.
• Problem‑solver with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Team player with effective communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Available to work at least 30 hours per week.
