Order Management Specialist – Hybrid (Lodz)

About the role

Join our Order Management team in a hybrid role that combines end‑to‑end order management with hands‑on support for automation and digital solutions. You will help deliver critical patient‑monitoring solutions to hospitals across the Nordics region.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end order management for the Nordics, ensuring accurate and timely execution of customer orders.
• Proactive monitoring, follow‑up and clear communication of order status to customers.
• Manage credit notes, billing disputes and financial order corrections.
• Process warranty claims and product returns.
• Support Key Account Managers with daily order‑related activities.
• Monitor and support automated order processes and analyse KPI data to drive improvements.

Required profile

• University degree.
• 1‑2 years of experience in supply chain, order management, logistics, sales support or customer service.
• Fluent English.
• Proactive problem‑solver with strong analytical and data‑driven thinking.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and maintain high accuracy.

Required skills

• SAP (or other ERP system).
• Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
• Microsoft Office applications.
