Service Parts Supply Chain Business Planner

About the role

In this role you will ensure global service parts availability and inventory performance by managing end‑to‑end planning processes across a complex healthcare supply chain network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end planning for a portfolio of service parts, including demand forecasting, stock target setting, and supply planning across global central and market locations.
• Partner with Strategic Planning, Supply Management, Master Data, regional teams and business stakeholders to ensure parts availability and support a seamless customer experience.
• Use advanced planning tools and SAP ERP to validate and update planning parameters, manage master data, and resolve planning alerts.
• Analyze stock‑outs and material availability gaps, driving corrective and preventive actions to improve performance and reduce risk to service delivery.
• Represent planning in lifecycle management activities such as New Product Introduction, engineering changes, last‑time buys and phase‑outs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in a large global organization.
• Fluent English with strong communication and influencing skills.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented and proactive strategic thinker.
• Experience in inventory optimization, S&OP processes and managing complex global supply chains.

Required skills

• SAP ERP systems.
• Supply chain planning tools (SPM preferred).
