Oracle HCM Technical Specialist

About the role

Kyndryl is hiring an Oracle HCM Technical Specialist for a remote position based in Poland, open to candidates who are physically located there and legally authorised to work in Poland. The role covers configuring and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR and/or Learning), reporting, data migration and integration support.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR and/or Learning) and manage employee and non-worker lifecycle processes
• Configure learning catalogues, offerings, enrolment rules, workflows, approvals, notifications and roles
• Gather and analyse business requirements from HR stakeholders and turn them into system configuration and solution design
• Design and support reports using OTBI and BI Publisher, and maintain reporting, process and data governance documentation
• Prepare and manage data with HCM Data Loader (HDL), including cleansing, transformation, validation and reconciliation
• Support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other systems, defining data flows, mappings and interface requirements
• Support SIT/UAT cycles, defect resolution, cutover and go-live preparation

Required profile

• Experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR and/or Learning)
• Strong understanding of HR processes: employee lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding and learning management
• Ability to analyse business requirements and work with both business and technical stakeholders
• English communication skills

• Testing and UAT support
• Nice to have: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs (JSON/XML), Fast Formula, HCM Extract, and experience in global or multi-country HCM environments
