Oracle HCM Specialist / OIC Integration Developer

About the role

Kyndryl is hiring a remote Oracle HCM specialist / OIC Integration Developer based in Poland. The position is remote, but candidates must be physically located in Poland and legally authorised to work there. The role covers Oracle HCM Cloud configuration focused on learning, reporting, data management and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integration.

Key responsibilities

• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud for learning: catalogues, offerings, content types, audience rules, eligibility criteria, enrolment logic, workflows, approvals, notifications and roles
• Upload and validate SCORM packages, manage the catalogue structure and content taxonomy, and ensure correct assignment and visibility of training
• Design and develop about 20-30 reports with OTBI and BI Publisher, and maintain report documentation, data governance and process documentation
• Use HCM Data Loader (HDL) to prepare templates, cleanse and transform data, and validate and reconcile data with business expectations
• Analyse integration requirements such as non-worker onboarding and learning data flows, and turn them into technical designs
• Develop integrations with OIC: HCM adapter, REST and SOAP adapters, orchestration flows, and data mappings (JSON/XML, XSLT/XPath)
• Implement fault handling, logging and monitoring of integration failures and data inconsistencies
• Configure API security (OAuth2, Basic Auth), certificates and secure connections with external providers and identity systems
• Prepare integration design documents, mapping documentation and operational runbooks, and hand over knowledge to support teams
• Analyse business requirements for learning, data and reporting, and act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams

Required profile

• Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (learning preferred)
• Hands-on experience in learning configuration, OTBI / BI Publisher reporting and HDL data management
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• English communication skills
• Ownership, analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work across business and technical teams

• OIC adapters (HCM, REST, SOAP) and data mapping (XSLT/XPath)
• REST / SOAP APIs, JSON / XML
• Preferred: SCORM troubleshooting, Fast Formula, HCM Extract, global/multi-country HCM project experience
