Deployment Strategist - Polish Speaking

About the role

Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists in Warsaw, Poland, who act as customer-facing advisors defining AI strategy and shaping agentic solutions for enterprise customers. They work in a delivery team alongside Forward Deployed Engineers, turning complex business challenges into agentic AI deployments that go live. Engagements are focused and time-bound, typically 12 weeks or less, and may cover a single account or several customers at once.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the full value lifecycle (identify, commit, deploy, consume).
• Define the customer's Agentic AI strategy and roadmap, lead design workshops and agent design sessions, and architect solutions across Salesforce's agentic AI platform, Data Cloud and enterprise systems with responsible AI governance.
• Manage delivery timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation and progress reporting.
• Own adoption, consumption and expansion metrics, identify blockers early and drive value realisation.
• Partner with the Forward Deployed Engineers and coordinate the delivery team.
• Develop customer solutions using AI-supported tools such as Cursor, Claude and Vibes.
• Act as the main customer contact, presenting proposals and outcomes in business value terms, and assess customer readiness for AI adoption.
• Turn field insights into product feedback for the Agentic AI platform roadmap.

Required profile

• 4+ years in strategic solutioning, technical advisory or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services or technical advisory) is required.
• Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous engagements end-to-end.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time to customer sites.
• Business-level Polish and English.

Required skills

• Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform, Agentic AI and Data Cloud.
• Working knowledge of at least one programming language: Python, JavaScript, Java or Apex.
• Experience leading AI/LLM solution design, including agentic AI strategy, conversation design and responsible AI practices.
• Project and programme management skills; experience in regulated industries, change management or Salesforce certifications is a plus.
