Forward Deployed Engineer - Polish Speaking

About the role

Salesforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers in Warsaw, Poland, to design, build and deploy agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments. You will work as part of a delivery team with a Deployment Strategist, from configuration and customisation to full-stack deployment, with engagements ranging from a single large customer to several accounts at once. The role requires production experience and a builder mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Design agent intelligence: prompts, reasoning, tool calls and integration with customer systems using the Agentic AI platform and current LLM techniques.
• Own technical components end-to-end, from architecture choice to deployed, validated and observable solutions in production.
• Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks and customer data platforms, modelling data and validating output.
• Build and maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes.
• Contribute to proofs-of-concept and MVPs that move from concept to deployable quickly.
• Co-build with customers and partners, share best practices and enablement, and surface platform gaps and field insights to senior engineers and the product team.
• Partner with the Deployment Strategist to turn customer business challenges into shippable agentic solutions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, ideally in an AI tech stack, full-stack development or with frontier models.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services or forward deployed engineering) is required.
• Fluent in English and Polish; able to travel about 25% of the time alongside customers.
• Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering, and able to explain why a prompt fails and what to change.

Required skills

• Fluent in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java or Apex, and willing to expand the list.
• Deep understanding of data modelling, APIs and integration patterns.
• Ability to hold your own with sales teams and customer architects.
• Willingness to experiment with emerging AI tools, models and frameworks.

Nice to have: Salesforce platform experience or certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I, Agentforce Specialist), familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex, and hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks and BigQuery.
