Oracle HCM Specialist & Test Lead

About the role

Kyndryl is hiring a remote Oracle HCM Specialist and Test Lead based in Poland. The position covers configuring Oracle HCM Cloud (with a focus on Learning) and running the full test cycle, including SIT, UAT, defect management and go-live support. Candidates must be physically located in Poland and legally authorised to work there.

Key responsibilities

• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Learning: catalogues, offerings, content types, audience rules, eligibility criteria, enrolment logic, workflows, approvals, notifications and roles
• Upload and validate SCORM packages and manage the catalogue structure and content taxonomy
• Build about 20-30 reports with OTBI and BI Publisher, and maintain report and data governance documentation
• Migrate data using HDL / HSDL: prepare templates, cleanse and transform data, validate against business expectations
• Define test strategy for Learning, Development Plan, Skills, Integrations and Reporting, and prepare test scenarios, scripts and acceptance criteria
• Coordinate testers and business stakeholders (UAT), run SIT and UAT, perform regression testing and manage defects through logging, tracking, prioritisation and retesting
• Provide test reporting, defect status, go-live support and assist with cutover and hypercare
• Work with integration teams (OIC / IAM) to validate data flows and mappings and support integration testing

Required profile

• Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Learning preferred)
• Hands-on experience in Learning configuration, OTBI / BI Publisher reporting and HDL data migration
• Understanding of employee and non-worker lifecycles and learning processes
• Testing and test management experience: test strategy, test cases, SIT/UAT coordination, defect lifecycle, regression testing and end-to-end process validation
• English communication skills, analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work across business and technical teams

Required skills

• Nice to have: basic knowledge of OIC, REST / SOAP APIs, JSON / XML, SCORM troubleshooting, Fast Formula and HCM Extract
• Preferred: experience in global / multi-country HCM projects
