Global Order Operations Analyst (French)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Global Order Operations Analyst who is fluent in French and English. The role will manage key customer accounts, oversee the full order lifecycle, and support accounts receivable functions while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive performance and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for order status and delivery updates.
• Monitor and manage the complete order lifecycle from placement through on‑time shipping, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer‑specific requirements such as VAS and EDI.
• Coordinate with logistics, sales, planning, and external service providers to resolve supply challenges and meet service level agreements.
• Oversee accounts receivable, collections, and overdue payments, minimizing bad‑debt risk and supporting legal/collection processes when needed.
• Investigate billing disputes, chargebacks, and support credit risk decisions while adhering to credit limits.
• Analyze order book data, risks, and opportunities to provide financial insights for sales and finance teams.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, SOX controls, and company policies, maintaining accurate customer and order data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1‑2 years of corporate experience (apparel industry preferred) with order management and cash collection responsibilities.
• 2‑5 years of experience using SAP or a similar ERP order management system.
• Fluent written and verbal English and French.
• Good understanding of logistical processes across markets and experience with EDI interfaces.

Required skills

• SAP (or similar ERP) order management.
• Microsoft Excel – intermediate to advanced (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements).
• Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) integration.
• Vendor Central or similar supplier portal applications.
