Global Lead of Financial Process Optimization & Digitalization

About the role

Lead the global team that streamlines, digitalizes and automates budgeting, performance management and investment planning for Bosch Mobility’s worldwide operations.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop a diverse network of over 70 business and process consultants across 25+ locations.
• Drive strategic digital‑transformation programs, modernize financial operations and oversee global roll‑outs.
• Define future skill sets for the expert network and align talent capabilities with organisational needs.
• Act as the primary global contact for regional offices, supporting adoption and maintenance of standard budgeting and investment processes.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives, monitor KPIs and foster AI‑driven, low‑code and advanced‑analytics solutions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in the automotive industry with strong business‑process knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional, global teams and expert/project groups.
• Background in controlling, finance processes and IT environments (SAP R/3, S/4).
• PMP or equivalent project‑management certification.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, with strong communication skills in English.
