Customer Operations Representative (OTI) – French

About the role

The Customer Operations Representative (OTI) will manage standard and high‑value customer orders, act as the main liaison between customers and internal production and distribution teams, and ensure accurate invoicing and return processing. The role requires fluent French and English to support our international eye‑care business.

Key responsibilities

• Handle standard and complex customer orders while complying with contractual terms and pricing structures.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams (production, distribution) for order‑related matters.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing through precise order entry.
• Oversee complex return cases, including high‑value credits and regulatory compliance.
• Analyse and resolve customer issues promptly, communicating solutions effectively.
• Act as escalation point for disputes related to billing, delivery, and returns.
• Manage customer complaints proactively to maintain loyalty.

Required profile

• Professional experience in Customer Operations, preferably Order‑to‑Invoice/Order‑to‑Cash.
• Fluent in English and French (proficient level).
• Experience in a corporate environment, ideally Shared Services or GBS.
• Knowledge of SAP or Salesforce and strong Excel skills.
