Senior Consultant – Finance Transformation

About the role

PwC’s Finance Transformation team is looking for a Consultant (or Senior Consultant) to join high‑profile finance transformation projects across Poland and the wider EMEA region. You will help clients design and implement the Finance of the Future, bridging Business, Finance and IT functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end finance operating model transformations, including assessment, design, build and deployment of target operating models.
• Lead finance process redesign initiatives such as Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash and Record‑to‑Report.
• Analyse clients’ finance technology landscapes and recommend ERP and fintech solutions.
• Prepare project deliverables, documentation and client workshop materials.
• Contribute to business development activities and proposal preparation.
• Travel to client sites domestically and internationally as required.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of finance experience for Consultant level or 3‑4 years for Senior Consultant level.
• Bachelor’s degree (Consultant) or Master’s degree (Senior Consultant) in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting fundamentals, especially PTP, OTC or RTR processes.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work on‑site at least two days per week (PwC or client office).
