PtP Team Lead – Accounts Payable

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated leader to join our dynamic Accounts Payable team. The role will lead a team supporting multiple countries, collaborate with stakeholders across the business, and contribute to the transformation of finance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support a team manager in day‑to‑day accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and management to a team of up to 10 accountants.
• Act as the main point of contact for issues and queries related to the Procure‑to‑Pay scope.
• Coordinate invoice payment operations, oversee month‑end closure and supplier master‑data management.
• Ensure achievement of KPIs for accuracy, completeness and timeliness of invoice and payment processing.
• Identify, reconcile and resolve aging invoices and payments promptly.
• Maintain on‑time and error‑free AP and PO sub‑ledger close.
• Document procedures, conduct periodic reviews and perform quality‑control audits.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Previous people‑management experience.
• Excellent communication and numerical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing business demands, deadlines and priorities.
• Experience with Movex/M3 is a strong asset.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel.
• Motivated individual with a can‑do attitude and willingness to learn.
