Customer Operations Representative (OTI) – Spanish Required

About the role

Alcon is looking for a Customer Operations Representative (OTI) who is fluent in Spanish to manage order‑to‑cash processes and support customers worldwide. You will act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth order handling, invoicing and returns.

Key responsibilities

• Handle standard and high‑value, complex customer orders while complying with contractual terms and pricing.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal production and distribution teams for order‑related matters.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing through precise order entry.
• Oversee complex return cases, including high‑value credits and regulatory compliance.
• Analyse and resolve customer issues promptly, maintaining effective communication.
• Act as escalation point for disputes related to billing, delivery, and returns.
• Manage customer complaints proactively to preserve loyalty.

Required profile

• Professional experience in Customer Operations, preferably Order‑to‑Invoice/Order‑to‑Cash.
• Fluent English and Spanish (very good level).
• Experience in a corporate environment, ideally within Shared Services or GBS.
• Knowledge of SAP or Salesforce and strong Excel skills.
