Finance Manager – Middle

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Finance Manager (Middle level) to join SoftSwiss in Warsaw. You will operate within our finance ecosystem, collaborating closely with Treasury, FP&A, Finance Infrastructure and other CFO office functions to ensure accurate financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare regular financial reports (P&L, cash flow, KPIs) and conduct variance analysis.
• Apply cost allocation methodologies across traffic channels, campaigns and projects.
• Reconcile finance data with operational and marketing analytics.
• Track and calculate unit‑economics metrics by traffic source.
• Process and monitor traffic acquisition payments across multiple platforms and currencies.
• Coordinate with Treasury on funding requests and liquidity needs.
• Monitor payment, currency and operational risks in multi‑currency accounts.
• Support ad‑hoc analysis, reporting requests and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in finance, management accounting or financial controlling.
• Strong understanding of cost structures and unit economics (CPA, ROAS, LTV).
• Advanced English and Russian (Upper‑Intermediate) communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently on recurring tasks.
